[h3]⚠️ Important Things to Check Before Submitting Your Payment Request [/h3]
1️⃣ Please make sure to submit your payment request within the designated submission period.
» If no request is submitted before the deadline, the payment will be carried over to the next season.
» Please note that bonus points will not carry over if not requested during the period, so be sure to submit your request on time.
2️⃣ Use the designated format upon sending your payment request submission information through email. (Refer to the instructions below for more information.)
3️⃣ Partner Point payments are processed in USD, so please provide a bank account that can accept USD transactions.
4️⃣ Payments will not be processed if the submitted documents are invalid:
▸ If the submitted documents do not clearly show bank details, such as account information or the SWIFT code.
▸ If the numbers in the submitted documents are not clearly identifiable.
▸ If unofficial documents, such as screenshots or copies, are submitted.
[h3]⚠️ Instructions for Submitting Account Verification (in English)[/h3]
Please submit an official document that includes the following details, all written in English:
▸ Account Number (or IBAN)
▸ Account Holder’s Name
▸ Bank Name
▸ Bank Address
» Please refer to the sample image below for reference.
» Documents written in local languages will not be accepted—make sure to submit all documents in English only.
» Please contact your bank for instructions on how to obtain an account verification document in English.
» Accounts that cannot process USD transactions cannot be used.
» Partner Points are valid for one year; we may be unable to assist with payment requests after the expiration period.

2️⃣ [Log in] - [My Page] - [Go to Payment]
» The payment request page will open on May 13, 12:00 AM (PT).
3️⃣ Fill out the payment request details by email, and make sure to attach the required payment information and documents before submitting.
» Click the “Copy” button next to the attachment section and paste the copied Payment Request Information (Email Body) content into the body of your email.
» Please note that payment will only be successfully processed once all the required documents have been submitted by email.

As Partner Point payments are processed in USD, please make sure to provide an account that can handle USD transactions. Accounts that cannot process USD transfers will not be eligible for payment.
▸ You must have a minimum of 50,000 Partner Points to submit a payment request.
▸ Please ensure you submit your payment request within the designated period; we may be unable to assist with requests submitted after the deadline.
▸ Double-check all payment information and documents before submission.
▸ Payments will only be processed if accurate information is provided. We will not be able to assist if false or incorrect information is submitted.
▸ The submission email address is for receiving documents only; replies will not be answered. For inquiries, please contact Customer Support.
▸ Exchange Rate (KRW/USD): Average USD [0.00069] from April 2, 2025 to April 29, 2025.
▸ If local laws, government regulations, or financial institution policies in Korea or the creator’s country of residence prevent the company from processing the payment, the payment may be suspended until the restriction is lifted. In such cases, creators will be notified separately via email or other means.
▸ Please note that the requested payment amount is based on the expected amount at the time of submission, and may differ from the final confirmed amount.
