Account Linking Guide for Cross-Platform Play

Game of Thrones: Kingsroad officially launches on May 21 (PT)—and with it comes full cross-platform support across PC (Steam, Epic Games, and more) and mobile (iOS and Android). Whether you’re strategizing on your mobile device or exploring Westeros from your desktop, your adventure can continue uninterrupted.
To enjoy a seamless experience across platforms, you’ll need to make sure your account is properly linked to a supported login method on each device. This ensures that your progress, purchases, and characters are accessible no matter where you play.
Check the steps below to link your account and prepare for launch.

1️⃣ In-Game
🔹Launch the game and go to Menu → Options → Info → Account Linking
2️⃣ Web [Link]
🔹Log in to your account → Manage Linked Accounts
💠 💻PC Play → 📱Mobile Play:
🔹 If you started playing Game of Thrones: Kingsroad on PC, your personal account for the platform you chose (Steam or Epic Games) will be automatically linked.
🔹 To continue playing with your existing in-game account information on mobile, you will need to link an additional login method that’s supported on mobile.
▸ Supported Mobile Platforms: Netmarble ID / Google / Apple / Facebook
💠 📱Mobile Play → 💻PC Play:
🔹 If you started playing Game of Thrones: Kingsroad on mobile, you will need to link an additional account for the platform you wish to use on PC to play with your existing account.
▸ Playing through the Netmarble PC Launcher allows you to use the same platform linking information as your mobile account.
▸ If you start the game on PC without linking your mobile account, a new game account will be created under the login platform you use (Steam or Epic Games).

▸ Please double-check your account details before proceeding with any linking. We may not be able to assist with issues caused by user error during the linking process.
▸ If you lose access to a linked platform account other than your Netmarble ID (e.g. Google, Facebook), we will be unable to assist in retrieving your login credentials. In such cases, please directly contact the customer support service of the corresponding platform.
We encourage all players to complete their account linking in advance to enjoy a smooth cross-platform experience across PC and mobile.
