First and foremost, we want to extend our sincerest gratitude to everyone who’s joined us for the official launch of Game of Thrones: Kingsroad. We’re incredibly grateful for your support and excitement as we begin this new journey together.
As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure a smooth experience, we want to address an issue that recently came to our attention. It appears that a number of players who did not purchase the Founder's Pack DLC may have noticed it appearing in their in-game mailbox. We understand this might have caused a bit of confusion, especially since the items weren’t actually claimable.
If you happened to be one of the players who saw the Founder's Pack in your mailbox, please note that we will be removing the Founder's Packs in question from your mailbox soon.
