[p][/p][p][/p][p]Greetings, Lords and Ladies.[/p][p]This is the Game of Thrones: Kingsroad team. [/p][p][/p][p]As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a fair and enjoyable gaming environment, we regularly monitor for abnormal gameplay behavior and the use of unauthorized programs.[/p][p] [/p][p]In accordance with our operational policies and Terms of Service, we have applied account restrictions to users found repeatedly violating these guidelines despite prior notice. [/p][p][/p][p]Going forward, please note the following updates to our enforcement process:[/p][p] [/p][p]● Rankings for any players found using third-party cheats, programs, or similar unauthorized tools will be deleted immediately, even upon the first confirmed violation and warning.[/p][p]● Weekly account restrictions will be carried out closer to the weekly reset. This change ensures that unfair rankings are removed before the weekly reset, helping maintain a level playing field for all.[/p][p] [/p][p]Affected users will receive an in-game message detailing their restriction.[/p][p] [/p][p]⚠️ Please note that all individual rankings associated with accounts found using unauthorized programs, including Altars, Content, Wormwalks, Beyond the Wall, and other game modes, have been deleted and cannot be restored. These accounts are also ineligible for any associated rewards.[/p][p][/p][p]We continue to investigate reports and suspicious activity, and further actions will be taken as necessary.
