※ Submitted videos must be at least 10 minutes in length.
※ Mission videos must be uploaded and submitted within the specified period for each mission.
※ The reward distribution schedule will be announced at a later date after the missions have ended.
※ Coupons distributed as mission rewards can only be used once per account.
※ The number of users who can redeem a coupon is limited.

2. Select Game of Thrones: Kingsroad - [View Support Status]
3. Select [My Missions/Coupons] - [Submit] the relevant mission
4. Submit the final mission URL
* Initial verification is required upon your first submission.

[h3]☑️ Video Creation Guidelines[/h3]
1. ‘Game of Thrones: Kingsroad’ must be included in the video’s title or tags.
2. Live streams must include at least 30 minutes of consecutive Game of Thrones: Kingsroad content.
3. Submit videos via YouTube links only.
4. Please note that certain BGM soundtracks and sound effects in Game of Thrones: Kingsroad may be copyrighted, which could lead to copyright issues. We recommend against the use of background music and sound effects when streaming or creating videos.
5. Set the video to Public.
※ If the video cannot be set to public after the live stream, please submit a link that can be verified by Netmarble.
※ Live streams held on the same date will only be counted once.

- Please inform us in advance if you are unable to participate due to personal reasons.
- It may be difficult to provide assistance regarding issues that may arise from not checking the guidelines.
- It may be difficult to provide assistance for issues that may arise if your creator account differs from your gameplay account.
- Creators are fully responsible for all content created.
- When uploading a video or live stream on any platform (e.g. YouTube) with your Creator ID, make sure to clearly mark the content as an advertisement.
- Violating the above policy may result in Netmarble terminating the partnership, and creators will be held liable for any damages incurred.

- Fix the issue where equipment effect values are not applied as intended when reforging equipment of Tier 3 or higher.
* We will provide further updates as soon as possible regarding how the effect values applied from reforging before the fix will be adjusted.

- We apologize for the time taken to verify the affected players and would like to provide information about the compensation distribution.
Compensation:
- Same equipment as the one with unintended effect values
- Copper spent on equipment reforge
Eligible Recipients: Characters that own equipment with unintended effect values due to the issue in question
Claim Period: April 10, 11:00 PM - April 26, 07:59 PM (PT)
* Compensation cannot be claimed if you do not log in to the game during the available period.

Compensation: 30 RP Recharge Ticket x Deleted amount
Eligible Recipients: Characters who received the items in question but could not use them before they had been deleted

* The compensation will be distributed to your in-game mailbox. Please make sure to claim them within the specified period, as unclaimed items will be deleted afterward.

■ Fix the issue where the Premium+ Pass EXP included in the Founder's Pack - Ultimate Edition cannot be claimed.
* We will be providing additional details at a later date for players who purchased the Founder's Pack Ultimate Edition before the patch and were unable to claim the EXP.

■ Fix the issue where some items from the Founder's Pack: Ultimate Edition were not properly distributed.
* We will provide additional details at a later date for players who purchased the Founder's Pack - Ultimate Edition before the patch and were unable to claim the rewards.
[Bundle Item Distribution Details - March 27, 05:00 AM (PT)]
1. Claim Period: March 27, 05:00 AM - April 27, 07:59 AM (PT)
2. Eligible Recipients:
1) Players who purchased the Founder's Pack: Ultimate as a Steam DLC pack
2) Players who purchased the Founder's Pack: Standard or Founder's Pack: Deluxe and later upgraded in-game
- Details: Any missing items from the purchased bundle have been sent to your in-game mailbox based on your purchase history.
* Items will be distributed in batches. Please make sure to claim them within the specified period, as unclaimed items will be deleted afterward.

■ Fix the issue where players who purchased the Founder's Pack - Deluxe Edition and obtained the Premium Pass are unable to purchase the Premium+ Pass upgrade.

■ Battle Pass-related products will no longer be displayed in the Support/Convenience Shop.
* Premium Pass /Premium+ Pass products will be purchasable from the [Menu] - [Battle Pass] tab.

■ Fix the issue where the Founder's Pack - Ultimate Edition upgrade is not displayed as intended.
* The Founder’s Pack - Ultimate Edition will be available for purchase again after the patch.

■ Add 10 Ruin Runners to the contents of the Founder's Pack - Ultimate Edition.
* Players who purchased the packs in question before the patch will receive retroactive compensation as follows after the patch is complete:
1) For players who purchased the Founder’s Pack - Ultimate Edition before the patch: 1 Relic Finder
2) For players who purchased the Founder’s Pack Upgrade - Ultimate Edition before the patch: 10 Ruin Runners

■ Fix the issue where the page does not appear when clicking the [Notice] icon in the [Menu] tab and the Options menu.
