Update v1.0.4 (Important Changes)

.Simplified the City Report popup — it no longer interrupts gameplay and now displays more quickly.
.Temporarily removed City Development Points. Buildings that previously required points to unlock are now unlocked directly at specific city levels.
.Since the option to exchange development points for money has been removed, city level-up rewards have been increased to compensate.
.Temporarily removed Satisfaction Missions. These were causing unnecessary stress and offered little reward. They’ll be reconsidered when the citizen system is further developed.
.When building single plots, you can now choose whether to "Keep Building Mode" in the right panel. If disabled, clicking an existing plot will exit build mode and open plot info instead.
.When using Batch Build, you can choose whether to "Overwrite Existing Buildings" to avoid accidental replacements.
.The Build, Demolish, Relocate, and Rebuild functions are now grouped below each plot for easier access, with corresponding hotkeys added.
.Adjusted some hotkeys: for example, Esc now opens the settings menu, and Backspace lets you return to previous panels. Check the full list in the game settings.
.Added a confirmation window when saving the game to improve the save experience.
.Updated click sounds for City Hall and Elementary School based on player feedback.
.Fixed an issue where land value coverage was incorrect after enabling the “Shuttle Line” tech for subways.
.Added range indicators for Ports and Buoys.
.The density upgrade button now shows yellow and red states:
- Yellow: Traffic cost will become 2 after upgrading — upgrade with caution.
- Red: Traffic cost will become 3 — recommended to build subways first to reduce traffic before upgrading.
