1. Change into a costume that matches the vibe of Cloud Dragon!
2. Take a Picture or Video with Cloud Dragon to capture your special moment.
TIP: Uploading both Picture and Video increases your chances of winning!
3. Upload your Picture or Video to Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, or YouTube with the required hashtags.
