We are pleased to inform you that all accounts temporarily restricted due to Steam payment issues have now been restored to normal.

All refunds for products purchased with the incorrect amount have been completed on January 14th, and restrictions have been lifted sequentially, starting with accounts where additional measures were completed.
As a result, all accounts are now able to use the game normally.
