Hotfix 1.0.7 & FAQ Update

  • Fixed an issue where, after an update, the notice window failed to appear on startup, preventing the game from launching.
  • Fixed a bug that made progress impossible when placing items on certain walls in Room 2.

[h3]We’ve added the following information to the FAQ![/h3]
  • Windows Defender shows a virus warning.
  • Installation or update gets stuck during download.
  • Streaming within gogh using OBS.
  • Cannot attach images to “g” mark on avatar items or props like smartphones in poses.
  • I want to delete my save data and start over.

  • Improved brightness for L-size rooms.
  • Added 4 ambient sounds. (Strong Wind, Light Rain, Rain, Heavy Rain)
    Can now be toggled on/off independently of in-game weather.
    Matching weather presets for each sound are under consideration.
  • Default frame-rate preset changed from VSync to 60 FPS.
    Users who had VSync selected will be switched to 60 FPS automatically; if you notice tearing, please re-enable VSync.
  • Fixed delayed rendering of Godrays (window light shafts) when moving the camera.
  • Adjusted several avatar items.
  • Fixed a few ceiling lights.

In less than two weeks we’ve hit 25,000 copies sold, 500 reviews, and a “Very Positive” rating above 89 %. Your screenshots of cozy rooms and stylish avatars have been the highlight of our social-media feeds—thank you for sharing them and for playing gogh: Focus with Your Avatar.


[h2]Listening—and acting—on your feedback[/h2]

Between Steam reviews, the community hub, Discord, Google Forms, and social media, we read everything you send us. Thanks to that feedback we rolled out four hotfixes in the first ten days, including a brand-new saturation slider and other quality-of-life tweaks. The next target is better lighting—expect an update soon.

We posted a roadmap the day after launch. Your avalanche of great ideas made us rethink the details, so here’s an updated, more realistic plan. (Some items are still under investigation and may change.)
