Director’s Message: Toward the Full Release

Thank you to everyone who played the demo of Steel Knight's ARMIS during the event. On behalf of the development team, I’d like to sincerely express our gratitude.
We’ve been working on improvements and further development based on all the feedback we received from players during the demo event.



[h2]Key Updates[/h2]

[h3] Increased Game Speed[/h3]
During the demo, many players commented that the game felt a bit slow.
To address this, we’ve carefully adjusted the in-game speed to better match market standards and player expectations.
We’ve also rebalanced the pacing of battles and movement.

[h3] Implementation of Emergency Evacuation System[/h3]
In the previous demo, we focused heavily on maintaining dramatic tension by avoiding easy escapes during battle. However, this often resulted in frustration when players got stuck.
To improve the experience, we’ve now added an “Emergency Evacuation Device” .
While you’ll still need to discover these devices during gameplay, they offer a last resort if you’re overwhelmed in combat.

[h3]Enhanced Drama[/h3]
One of our top priorities for Steel Knight's ARMIS is its dramatic storytelling. Many players praised this aspect in their feedback.
As such, we’ve increased the frequency of character cut-ins and other dramatic elements to not only heighten tension, but also to deepen the personalities and relationships of the characters.

[h3]More Skills[/h3]
Skills are a vital component of gameplay in roguelike action titles.
We’ve significantly increased the variety of skills available, including new additions that allow for deeper combinations and strategies.
Players can now build more diverse attack and defense styles by combining character modules with optional equipment.
