New trailer & demo update

[p]Hey everyone, we've just had a new trailer air in the OTK Winter Games Expo. I think it came out great, check it out:

We've also just pushed an update to the demo live to add a few things: 10 new runes, two new wards, and three new ultimates. I don't want to get too specific as I'd prefer you guys to find them yourselves. We've also fixed all the clues currently in the demo, so they all work and will pay off if you solve them. Definitely not spoiling those either.

Looking Ahead to Early Access
I also want to share some more details on the impact that signing on with a publisher will have on Cursemark. Many of you were bummed with the delay, which I totally understand, and asked what this will mean for the actual product.

In a nutshell, working with a publisher gives me and my team more time to make Cursemark the best it can be - a better, bigger, and fuller game. We'll still launch in Early Access, mainly because I strongly believe in and enjoy making a game with community feedback and involvement, and what we launch into EA will have so much more to it than my original plan.

This means more spells to cast, more runes and talismans to experiment with, and more areas and biomes of the map to explore from the start. One specific thing this also lets us do is bring on additional animation and art support. All those enemy models that some of you may recognize from our last game, Into the Necrovale, they are not long for the Unknown Lands and I can't wait to share what we're cooking up.

A change of plans

[p]Hey everyone, I have some exciting news to share. I've signed up with the publisher Mad Mushroom in order to bring Cursemark to its full potential. These guys really get what we are trying to make here, and with the additional resources, I really think we'll be able to make something very special. [/p][p]However, it does mean that I will delay the Early Access launch by about 6 months. Sorry for that. What I really care about is just making the best video game I possibly can, and I think this is the best path to doing that. [/p][p]If you really wanted to play and were waiting for the release, feel free to join the Discord. I'm going to be running some playtests, so just ask me about it.
