🚨 This is a major update, the first of many to come!
We’re kicking things off with our initial improvements to the Endless Mode, and to the Codex. This is just the beginning, and we’re eager to hear your thoughts as we continue refining the experience.
♾️ Endless Mode: Improved!
We’ve reworked Endless Mode to offer larger battlefields and longer sessions, while making the pacing more gradual, less punishing, and ultimately more rewarding. It’s still a challenge, but now it’s a more strategic one.
📖 Codex & Upgrades
We worked on improving the Codex. You can now easily hover over a building to preview its upgrade paths. Finally, the Codex is now also accessible in-game, letting you quickly consult it before placing a tower or choosing a reward. 🧠

- Codex now displays Buildings upgrades on mouse-hover
- Clearer tooltip explanation for Unseen codex element vs. Locked element
- Add a default Frame limit option if Vsync is Off
- Add Visual Feedback on HQ Damage
Balance Changes: ⚖️
- Increased Rampart silo missiles travel speed
- Electric arc cannon High-grade capacitor now reads “+4 Range per Battlefront”
- Decreased Electric arc cannon Paleotech capacitor cost to 1 from 2
- Increased Xeno-prognosis Scrap warp generator doctrine gain to 6 from 3
- Decreased Xeno-prognosis Scrap warp generator cost to 150 from 250
- Increased Breeding grounds population to 50 from 30
- Increased Lead by example damage bonus to 10% from 5%
- Decreased Armored staging ground Tracing Barrage LMG cost decreased to 200 from 350
- Increased Armored staging ground Tracing Barrage LMG bonus range to 3 from 2
- Frontier modifier Frozen logistics now triggers only each other wave
Bug fixes: 👾
- Fixed an issue displaying towers below ground level
- Fixed an incorrect interaction between Z23 Reinforced Structure and the amount of Battlefronts
- Fixed an issue resulting in foes’ spawn being diminished
