[p][/p][p]GRIDbeat! launches in 6 days![/p][p]As we get closer, we wanted to share something that took more iteration than almost anything else:[/p][p]The beat movement system.[/p][p]On the surface, it’s simple: "Move on the beat."[/p][p]But making that feel natural, something you don’t have to think about, was much harder than it sounds.[/p][p]We kept refining it until something clicked.[/p][p]At a certain point, players stopped thinking about the rhythm entirely. They weren’t reacting anymore.[/p][p]They were just… moving with it.[/p][p]That was the moment we knew we had it.[/p][p]From there, everything else was built to support that feeling:[/p]
