Upstream Demo Hotfix: v.demo.0.2

Hello all, we have couple small changes to the demo for you this morning.

Additions:
- improved the background effect in menus by adding a ripple on click
- added Steam user specific game saves

Fixes:
- modified terrain and salmon collisions to prevent getting stuck
- added more variance to repetitive sound effects
- fixed controller focus on quicksave warning pop-up
- fixed music tracks becoming offset
