Update v3.22

[p]Cold Bed on Route has been updated to v3.22.[/p][p]This update only includes typo corrections and translation adjustments, with no content changes.[/p][p]

Update details:[/p]
 • [p]Revised wording in the MEMO screen instructions[/p]
 • [p]Overall improvements to the English translation of the MEMO screen[/p]

Update v3.20

[p]Cold Bed on Route is updated to v3.20[/p][p]The version number may seem a bit jumpy because this update follows the mobile version rollout.[/p][p]By the way, the mobile version is also progressing with updates — the Google Play version has already been updated, and the iOS version is currently under review.

[/p][p]This update includes the following changes:[/p]
Bug Fixes
• [p]Fixed a bug where, on the BAG screen after planet descent, moving a resource different from the one selected with the arrows caused the originally selected resource to become unselectable again.[/p]
 • [p]Fixed a bug where selecting a resource inside a container on the BAG screen and moving it caused the container itself to become unselectable.[/p]
 • [p]Fixed a bug where, during actions after arriving on a planet, the HP change indicator circle only properly animated on the first change, with subsequent changes happening instantly.[/p]
 • [p]Fixed an issue on the MEMO screen where the outer frame of the table of contents did not change color according to the current time.[/p]
UI Improvements
• [p]Adjusted letter spacing for long resource names on the ITEM screen.[/p]
 • [p]On the BAG screen, made it possible to transfer selected resources to the pilot or girl with drag-and-drop even with a small horizontal movement.[/p]
 • [p]Removed the mouse icon from control instructions during mouse/keyboard operation due to its poor appearance.[/p]
Others
• [p]Minor display and behavior tweaks.[/p]

System Updates Completed with Version 3.17

[p]It’s taken quite some time since the release, but with today’s update to version 3.17, all the originally planned system-side updates have now been completed.[/p][p]Here are the major changes since the initial release:

[/p]
Support for Keyboard and Gamepad Controls
[p]The main story is now playable using three control schemes: mouse, keyboard, or gamepad—as well as combinations of these.[/p][p]For the side stories, due to the nature of movement and throwing mechanics, control is limited to mouse (+ keyboard) or gamepad.[/p][p]We understand that keyboard and gamepad controls may not feel entirely intuitive or smooth in some parts.[/p][p]Current control mappings are displayed in the top-right corner of the screen (or top-left on the exit screen, due to layout constraints).

[/p]
Windowed Mode Support and Improved Behavior When Inactive
[p]From the start screen, selecting the third option from the top on the right will cycle through preset window sizes. After selecting a size, restarting the game using the visible button will apply the change.[/p][p]We also addressed an issue where background music playback could behave strangely when the game window became inactive and then active again.

[/p]
Improved Visual Feedback for Mouse Controls
[p]We've added visual hover effects when using the mouse—such as buttons enlarging or changing color when hovered.[/p][p]Several UI elements that were previously unchanged from the mobile version—such as the width of the ITEM screen or the positioning of the MEMO screen index—have also been adjusted for better visibility and usability on PC.

[/p]
Side Story Balance Adjustments
[p]In the final stage of the side story, we made the following changes to improve playability:[/p][p]Increased the impact strength of thrown objects[/p][p]Extended the time limit[/p][p]Adjusted hit detection for some elements (improved or reduced as appropriate, based on visual appearance)

[/p]
Bug Fixes
[p]Multiple bugs have been identified and resolved in this update.

[/p]
Revised Artbook
[p]The in-game reference materials have been updated to Version 6.[/p][p]Key changes include:[/p][p]Adjustment of the initial bind value in section 6.2 “Battle” final stage (from 1 → 2)[/p][p]Clarification added to the knockback value explanation (values are based on stage width = 1)[/p][p]Minor layout tweaks throughout the section[/p][p]

With this update, system-related development is now considered complete.[/p][p]However, bug fixes will continue to be addressed, so if you encounter any issues, please feel free to report them in the relevant thread.[/p]

Update v3.17

[p]Cold Bed on Route has been updated to version 3.17[/p][p]With this update, gamepad support has now been fully implemented across the main story and the side stories. This marks the completion of functional updates for the time being.

[/p]
Feature Additions
• [p]Added keyboard/gamepad controls to the side stories. In the side stories, keyboard-only input is not available; you can choose between mouse-only (as before), keyboard + mouse, or gamepad-only controls.[/p]
Bug Fixes
• [p]Fixed an issue where the UI would not properly switch when toggling between keyboard and controller input on the post-landing screen.[/p]
 • [p]Fixed a programming issue where extended gameplay could cause input lag with gamepad controls due to accumulating processes.[/p]
 • [p]Fixed an issue where trying to select a flower in reverse order (← key or left button) on the start screen without any prior selection would result in abnormal behavior.[/p]
UI Adjustments
• [p]Added a mouse icon to the keyboard control guide (no changes to the text description).[/p]
 • [p]Adjusted the input display so that it now updates properly when using the left mouse click during gamepad input mode.[/p]
 • [p]Modified system panel buttons (Exit/Return to Title) to be usable with C, Space, Enter, or the confirm button on a gamepad. The same applies to the DLC display and side story lamp display panels.[/p]
 • [p]During gamepad use, common actions mapped to multiple buttons are now shown in the lower-right corner of the MEMO screen.[/p]
 • [p]Updated the tutorial display to reflect the corresponding gamepad buttons when using a gamepad.[/p]
 • [p]Made several minor textual corrections.[/p]

Update v3.16

[p]Cold Bed on Route has been updated to version 3.16![/p][p]This update mainly adds support for game controllers.[/p][p]The control display will automatically switch to controller inputs when a button is pressed on the controller. Please refer to that for guidance on how to operate the game.[/p][p]That said, the controls may feel a bit—or quite—awkward at the moment. Additionally, the manual and tutorial have not yet been updated to reflect controller support.
[/p][p]Some buttons have shared functions beyond what is displayed on-screen. These are as follows:[/p]
 • [p]A (Cross) = B (Circle) = RT = LT[/p]
 • [p]L = Y (Square)[/p]
 • [p]R = X (Triangle) = Select[/p]
[p]We plan to gradually include explanations and support for these in future updates.[/p][p]Note: Controller support for the side stories (gaiden) is not yet complete.
[/p][p]Other Updates:

[/p]
New Features
• [p]Added controller support to the main story[/p]
Bug Fixes
• [p]Fixed an issue where pressing Q or E on the start screen without selecting anything caused abnormal behavior[/p]
 • [p]Fixed an issue where pressing Space or Return on the start screen triggered unintended actions[/p]
 • [p]Fixed a bug where choosing an action before picking up the serum after landing on the planet could cause abnormal behavior[/p]
 • [p]Fixed an issue where, after planetfall, having only one item across all bags would prevent re-selection when switching tabs and returning[/p]
UI Adjustments
• [p]Adjusted the transparency of key inputs that are not usable on the planet surface[/p]
