[12-8-2018] Hotfix!

We've got another patch out to fix some of the tiny issues we (and the community) have spotted over the past couple of days.

• Fixed Passenger Seat robot pose
  
• Weather.lua updated
  
• Tornado now stops audio correctly
  
• Camera can now rotate again when the Tuner is open
  
• Added instructions on how to un-link a property in the tutorials
  
• Added a note about parts orientation (wheels should be aligned with the arrow/line indicator) in tutorials
  
• Tutorial now only completes after you've passed the final page
  
• Spellchecked tutorials
  
• Fixed 'unweld' keybind not working
  
• Binoculars now close when pressing the 'Escape' keybind
