Update 1: Trick or Treat?

[p]It’s that time of year again — the air’s getting crisp, pumpkin spice is on the shelves, and things are starting to get a little weird around here… So, in honor of my favorite holiday, I’ve brewed up a small (but powerful) cauldron of new content to celebrate Spooky Season![/p][p]This update creeps in with three brand-new tiles:[/p]
  • [p]Hotspot – Common tile[/p]
  • [p]Crush – Common tile[/p]
  • [p]Ditto – Rare (treasure) tile[/p]
[p]You’ll also find four fresh weapons:[/p]
  • [p]Shield (Rare)[/p]
  • [p]Hammer (Common)[/p]
  • [p]Scythe (Rare) [/p]
  • [p]Slingblade (Rare)[/p]
[p]And of course, what’s Halloween without a costume?
I added a brand new Witch outfit—brew chaos and look good while doing it. Hot fix 3 - v.1.02_09232025

Thank you all for the patience and diligent bug reports as I have worked through a few of the issues in the game. With this update, I aimed to take care of all of the outstanding bugs. Check out below to see a more exhaustive list of changes.

[h3]Bug Fixes[/h3]
  • Fixed some visual bugs with the reward and store tooltips cutting off text
  • Updated the final boss's deck to prevent them from accidentally drawing X tiles
  • Fixed bug preventing some achievements from being obtained. All achievements can now be successfully collected.
  • There was a visual bug preventing outfit weapons from being seen until re-equipped.
  • Re-fixed the end-screen bug
  • Fixed visual bug where turn numbers would not reset when re-entering the game


[h3]Other changes [/h3]
  • Added and updated enemy descriptions
  • Updated functionality for the Inferno tile
  • Added a new outfit for purchase
  • Steam cloud support has been enabled!!
  • The Icicle tile is now an available drop in Beak Peaks

Hot Fix 2

Back with another quick fix to patch a few noted issues.

  • Fixed the Mirror Tile bug that was introduced in the previous Hot Fix (Using Mirror Tiles would almost always result in a crash)
  • Fixed Hoonter outfit's misassignment
  • Fullscreen mode now works!
  • Added error catching for the end game screen


I also spent some time and updated the audio in the game. The battle track will now vary a bit depending on where you are in the game!

Hot Fix 1!

This is a quick patch to fix some reported issues:
  • The "Heavy Drinker" achievement was triggering after any max health change. This has been updated.
  • Rock tile will now be destroyed after 6 attempts
  • The Ice tile now counts down when scored
  • Mirror tile has been slightly buffed to prevent a negative value
  • Fixed a bug that may result in the Inferno tile soft-locking the game
