Changelog v. 0.9.1.5
Synchronization:
While there shouldn’t be any visible difference for most of the players, we’ve made several improvements which will be noticeable in more intense fights:
– Increased the frequency of updating the player’s rotation on server if he is rotating while standing still (which, in some cases, was delayed on the server by 50ms, compared to the actual rotation displayed on the client) – this change should greatly reduce the occurrence of being attacked through blocks
– Reduced the occurrence of an issue causing desynchronizing the other player’s position in close-quarters combat situation
– Numerous significant improvements to the speeding-up objects synchronization, which were necessary for the upcoming introduction of mounts

World & Balance:
– If a siege event ends quickly with a victory of a nation which isn't marked as dominating against any other nation, another siege event will start on the same link, pushing the frontline further – this change is meant to increase the meaning of watching the nation’s both links rather than leaving one of them unprotected and focusing on one of the enemy nations only, which used to lead two nations focusing on pushing the weakest nation, leaving the other link without any fight nor protection
– Updated the Scarsdale and Greenport areas, separating them from the mainland with a water mass the same way as on remaining links – thanks to this change, Sangmarians will no longer be easily pushed back to the capital by enemy warbands coming at Scarsdale which, until now, could quickly move through the Baalhammon Lumbermill to Baalhammon Farm and enter the Sangmar’s very homeground; after this change, those areas are separated exactly in the same way as locations on the other two links
– Moved the central siege camps of both Scarsdale and Greenport due to the changes done to their areas
– Moved the lighthouse used in the “Rite of Trinity” world event closer to other places of this event due to the changes done to its former location
– Moved the Black Sickle’s sacrificial hill due to the changes done to its former location
Quality of Life:
– Updated the algorithm controlling when NPCs, other than the dedicated archers, start using bows – from now on, such NPCs in the open world switch to bows no sooner than 20 seconds after the last hit has connected to the player
– Introduced the first iteration of displaying the locations names by the minimap which includes the names of static locations, namely homeground locations and larger PVE spots – in near future, this system will be expanded with the names of player-controlled locations
– Updated the weapon types descriptions, fixing the outdated ones and adding information
– Added an error message displayed when a player tries to start siege preparations over a guild province on other server than his guild’s main server
– Minor improvements to the Ismirean and Midlandic starting questlines
bout the attributes which increase the damage of each weapon type
– Removed the invalid Logistician from Serai, which is a static Sangmarian quest area, who by mistake has remained there after moving the nation’s capital to Baalhammon
– Reduced the number of Mentor Points gained for being marked by a Greenleaf as a helpful player in the chat and being marked as a mentor – they have been increased a few months ago due to a short Steam event and by mistake, they were left without a change until now, causing unwanted inflation of the Mentor Points
– Reduced the area in which a player gains Mentor Points for every level earned by Greenleaf players in the same party
– Numerous minor server-side performance improvements
– Several mino interface improvements
Fixes:
– Fixed the reported issues where the damage value and the name of attacking/attacked player were misplaced in the damage notifications, namely for legshots, headshots and backstabs
– Fixed the capturing and upgrading events at the Scarsdale Farm
