UPDATE 0.2.27 - Patch Notes

[p]Tired of having to press that shift key? Well do we have the thing for you.
New option to always run is now available.

And we know you've all been waiting for it . As promised Valkyrae is now the official sound of our seagulls


Let's see what else we fixed/ improved since yesterday

  • [p]Smart guy drops now all appear above ground (deep apologies for that one)[/p]
  • [p]Trash/poop can no longer end up under the floor as well[/p]
  • [p]Invisible dirt is no longer a thing (let us know if it still happens, as this one is a tricky one to recreate)[/p]
[p][/p][h3]IMPROVEMENTS[/h3]
  • [p] Added some possible thoughts visitors can have[/p]
  • [p]The baseball bat has been buffed (batter up)[/p]
  • [p]You can now use the pressure washer and the mop to clean guests (they might not enjoy it tho)[/p]
  • [p]Changed some of the age names for tickets in German to try and make it more legible[/p]
  • [p]Improvements in stock pricing so they match both player purchase and staff all the time[/p]
  • [p]Added some new placement systems near the entrance to reduce potential building lag.[/p]
  • [p]Entrance and hedges now have visible outlines in building mode when you try and build there[/p]
  • [p]Tablet also shows trash and toilet needs now[/p]

UPDATE 0.2.26 - Patch Notes

[p]Quite a lot to digest on this one, so let's just dig into it. [/p][p][/p][p]Major things for you guys is now you get a stronger save system (it even does 2 backups, not just 1) and some major buffs to staff.
Also, there is a new menu with some nice QOLs that we noticed you guys asking for (and even creating mods for it, so special thanks to the mod community for the extra inspiration to get us to create these.)

  • [p]Improvements in pathfinding for visitors and staff[/p]
  • [p]"Wishlist now" button removed from main menu (yes, we all missed it for over a week)[/p]
  • [p]Made it impossible to build anything on the street level (outside of the park)[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue that would cause janitors to get stuck[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug that in some situations could make visitors' clothes...well... disappear[/p]
[p][/p][p][/p][h3]IMPROVEMENTS[/h3]
  • [p]Major improvements (almost a rework to be honest) in the saving system to make it even more sturdy and less likely to corrupt[/p]
  • [p]Added new instructions messages in case something is wrong with the save file[/p]
  • [p]Buffed the precision of staff[/p]
  • [p]Made the efficiency % of staff more logical for their levels (which means they got buffed)[/p]
  • [p]Raised the minimum % efficiency from 45 to 75 % for level 1 employees (max 100)[/p]
  • [p]Improved messages in case of staff failing a task[/p]
  • [p]Decoration points improved in many items[/p]
  • [p]Many task list requirements were reworked and improved for the player[/p]
  • [p]Improved hunger and thirst levels of visitors[/p]
  • [p]Reduced prices of restocks[/p]
  • [p]The ice-cream stand's price has been reduced[/p]
  • [p]Increased probability of Smelly guests spawning [/p]
  • [p]Changed "the bigger they are" achievement to be easier to obtain[/p]

  • [p]New Accessibility menu, which allows players to disable ragdoll on double jump, disable running VFX, and less slipping on puddles for the player[/p]
  • [p]Added Tarvis (the name of our studio CEO) as a possible employee (yes, you can boss them around now)[/p]
  • [p]Working on Rich presence for Discord status (first version, but you can already show your friends what you are doing in-game via Discord status) Special mention to QXRR since they beat us to it with their mod[/p]
[p]EXTRA NOTE - As we wrote this, we discovered some vials from the smart guy were spawning under the floor. [p]Update. 0.2.21 is out and should solve any corrupted save and allow you to play from where you were.

If by any chance you still have a corrupted file after updating to 0.2.21 (you can check the version number on the bottom right corner of the main menu), please send us an email to [email protected] With your [/p]

UPDATE 0.2.19 - Patch Notes

[p]You asked for it, and we are happy to provide. Windowed mode is now a thing. You can find it in the video settings. Like with any feature, we do test things, but too many machine configurations in the world to be possible to test them all, so if there is an issue you're having with it, let us know.

Also Restockers and vendors should work as intended now. If not feel free to smack them to kickstart them and let us know the bug is still present for you.

[p]Good news for all the achievement hunters. They are all working as intended now. We are aware that restockers are still a bit broken, but we are working on them, and they should behave properly on the next update [/p][p][/p][p][/p][h3]BUG FIXES[/h3]

  • [p]Ambulance drivers can now find their way to injured visitors.[/p]
