[/h2][h3]As you know, according to our Roadmap, we were supposed to send out the final update today, featuring two new scenarios. Unfortunately, this won’t happen just yet, as the past few weeks have been extremely busy for us. We sincerely apologize for the delay and take full responsibility. However... there's also good news![/h3][p]
The update is coming, and we hope to release it as soon as possible. In fact, two extra campaigns are already done and currently being translated. The main reason for the delay is... a third campaign we’ve decided to add to the game![/p][p]So yes — instead of two extra campaigns, you'll be getting three! 🎉[/p][p]Of course, this means we’ll need a little more time (hopefully around two weeks), as we still need to thoroughly test everything. Third Roadmap Update Is Live!

[h3]We are happy to inform you that the third Roadmap update is finally here, and it brings a much bigger feature than the two previous ones: a Lorebook that lets you dive deeper into the world of The Wreckage! It seems it’s becoming a small tradition that the updates come with a one-day delay, but we hope you will grant us absolution 😅.[/h3]

🐀 The next Roadmap Update is coming in June, and it’s the biggest one yet - introducing major content to the game: two new campaigns, both bringing a fresh experience to the table. We hope you’ll find pleasure in wandering again through this post-apocalyptic world!

Second Roadmap Update Is Here!

[h3]The time has come for the second update in our Roadmap! It's arriving with a one-day delay, and we're sorry about that. We discovered a small issue at the last minute, so we decided to fix it to make sure you get a stable version.[/h3]

🐀 The biggest new feature in this update is, of course, gamepad support! If you prefer playing Songs of Rats with a controller, you should now be able to do so without any issues. Just a heads-up - this is the first iteration of the feature. We’ll be polishing it and adding more improvements (like vibrations, for example) in future updates!👍

We're now shifting our focus to the more substantial upcoming updates. So, let us do a little copy/paste and give you all the info (just in case you missed our previous post):

🧑‍💻The major updates (...) will include the in-game lore book (this should be a fun addition - unlocking everything in it will be especially enjoyable for those curious about the world of Songs of Rats). And of course, the biggest treat will be the two additional campaigns. Each will have a different design approach, but both will offer something fresh compared to the campaigns already in the game. We hope sticking with us and checking them out will feel refreshing - especially since we’re planning to incorporate your feedback and suggestions into them :).

Last but not least, both campaigns will be added free of charge to the main game. Paid DLCs might be possible in the future, but that depends on how things go and how the game develops. For now, our priority is making sure you're fully satisfied with the main game :).

[h3]We’re happy to inform you that, as promised in our latest post, the first update planned in our roadmap for Songs of Rats' further development has dropped on Steam![/h3]

🐀 It’s a small one, but a much-needed update, as it improves the ending of the first campaign. Now, not only do you need to gather less scrap, but the game also informs you more clearly about the task required to complete it!👍

We’ve also made a few tweaks and fixes here and there. Starting next week, we’ll begin working on the next update, which is scheduled to drop on April 14.

After that, we’ll shift our focus to the much more substantial updates, so let us do a little copy/paste and provide you with all the info (in case you didn’t get a chance to read our previous post):
