September 24th, 2025 - Playtest Patch v0.4.4

[p]Howdy gunslingers![/p][p][/p][p]We can’t thank y’all enough for your feedback on our playtest. Thanks to all your sharp eyes and quick wits, we’ve already fixed many bugs and added improvements based on your feedback.[/p][p][/p][p]The playtest will officially be closing on October 8th so make sure to saddle up and share your thoughts in the Tombwater Discord before then! All you need to do is click the "Join the Playtest" button on the store page for access.[/p][p][/p]

Patch Notes

[h3]New Features[/h3]

[p]New heavy weapon, "Hitchin' Post", added to shop at Tombwater Station.[/p]
[p]New spell “Sculpture Garden” available in a previously unfinished basement in Canyon Settlement.[/p]
[p]Key questgivers can now mark maps to indicate quest locations.[/p]

[h3]Bug Fixes[/h3]

[p]Fixed the respawn error when the gunslinger’s real body dies while possessing a skeleton with Wraith Shot.[/p]
[p]Reduced magnification/overlap of certain sound effects.[/p]
[p]Catalina can no longer get stuck mid-dash during the Sewer fight.[/p]
[p]Players can no longer shoot through the fence to kill the Raven Hunter early.[/p]
[p]Dynamite now displays the correct inventory amounts when upgrading with Emmaline.[/p]
[p]Fixed minor lighting issues with a torch in the Wraith Shot temple.[/p]
[p]Resolved issues with the Quickswap menu UI.[/p]

[h3]Other Changes/Improvements[/h3]

[p]Added creaky SFX to the windmill interior in Canyon Settlement.[/p]
[p]Added interactable signposts to certain crossroads to aid in navigation.[/p]
[p]Slightly nerfed Big Clown enemies and the Acolyte guarding the Silverbolt spell eye.[/p]
[p]The bell puzzle tent in the Circus now locks players in until the puzzle is solved.[/p]
[p]Added visual cues in the Central District to aid navigation.[/p]
[p]Adjusted some burnable bushes in Canyon Floor to require Wraith Shot, encouraging players to learn the ability instead of relying solely on fire spells.[/p]
