Finnish Pub Simulator News

Just a short update from us as we all enjoy the holidays and get ready for the new year.



The first set of achievements has been added to the full game! Once the full game enters Early Access in March you will have 10 achievements available to collect to start out with. We will for sure be adding more as we progress through Early Access.



The next huge thing we've been working on whilst we get ready for our Early Access release is updating the game to support localization.

Right now good progress is being made on this and we estimate that around 90% of the work to allow for localization to happen has been completed and tested. We expect to get the remaining 10% done in time for the Early Access release of Finnish Pub Simulator.

Currently we can't confirm which languages will be supported on release other than English but what is available on release will just be the start. We will be able to add further localizations as we progress through our Early Access phase and beyond.



Just a reminder for everyone, the demo of Finnish Pub Simulator will be releasing on 13th January 2025 which is just two short weeks away!

Hello everyone! I can't believe it's already December, time is flying by so quickly. We've got three things to talk about today.



Every bar tender needs his trusty wet mop. They're super versatile items. One minute you can be cleaning the floor, the next, you need to give one of your customers a good whack around the head with it.

See how great it is? Customer misbehaving? Whack. Customer queuing in the wrong spot? Whack. Need to give them a helping hand getting home? Whack!

The next announcement we have is that we will be participating in Steam's upcoming Next Fest in February 2025! It will be running from Feb 24th - Mar 3rd and it will give you an in-depth and hands-on look at Finnish Pub Simulator before it's Early Access release.

This is a great chance for us to get Finnish Pub Simulator in front of a lot of new eyes that might not have seen us before but have an interest in games of our style. We're super excited for the feedback we'll be able to receive during this week, and we'll be able to use that to shape the game in a more directed way.

There is some bad news relating to this however. We originally planned to release the game into Early Access in January 2025, however we had to be unreleased to participate in Next Fest. That sadly does mean we've had to delay the release until some time in March now.

To make up for this delay, we would like to give you a demo version in January 2025 instead!



For us to participate in Next Fest we needed a demo available of Finnish Pub Simulator, and so we'll be releasing one nice and early for everyone to get their hands on. The current release date for the demo is set to happen on 13th January 2025.

You'll be able to play the game almost as if it was the full game, including the co-op portion of the game. We'll obviously have a few things reserved for the full game, and you'll only be able to play through two full days.

All won't be lost though, as any progress that you make in the demo will then be carried over to the full game once it finally releases. This is a great chance for you to get your pub layouts figured out early, and then you'll be able to get straight into the more important parts of the game sooner!
