Belles-and-whistles update!: )

Hey Guys and Gals!
Here comes a new update (RC5A56), this time to the Beta and Default branches!
For those on the default branch there are lots of new cosmetic and menu additions:

• Added musical intro.
  
• Added new art to the true ending.
  
• Changed the way game speed works (Normal/Turbo only now)
  
• Added View Port (16:9/4:3) selection.
  
• Lots and lots of fixes.
