Development Update: Request for Information
We are still working to resolve the issue where the game freezes at startup, and unfortunately, it remains unsolved.
We are facing difficulty since we cannot directly test environments that differ from our own development machines.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience,
but we would greatly appreciate the cooperation of users who are currently unable to launch the game.
If possible, please provide the following information:

Additionally, if you could share the following log file, it would be very helpful:
C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Local\tgm4\tgm4.log
Please remove the first line of the file before sharing it.
※ The AppData folder is hidden by default, so please enable hidden folders to access it.
