Introducing a brand new DLC, The Promised Land! The DLC includes two separate captivating stories: one set in Europe and one set in the Middle East.



The names of the two scenarios are:

• Assassin's Cruise
  
• Kingdom of Jannah

We’ve also made some improvements & bug fixes. Here’s the patch notes:

• Users will now have access to all of the game’s scenarios without having to unlock them.
  
• Added two new troop types (Plantagenet Royal Guard, Elite Assassin)
  
• ‘Ally Battle’ system added
  
• New scenario ending cutscene added
  
• ‘Chest’ system improved
  
  • Blessings change to Hardships based on chance
    
  • Hardships are now automatically removed after a certain time
    
• Changes to Duchy of Normandy & Kingdom of England:
  
  • Kingdom of England : Highlander → Plantagenet Royal Guard
    
  • Duchy of Normandy : None → Highlander
    
• The Inn now only restores troop morale
  
• Length of battlefields changed
  
• AI will retreat faster when its siege weapon is destroyed
  
• UI bug fixes

1. Steam Lunar New Year Sale
The Lunar New Year Sale will begin at 10AM PST on February 11th and Plebby will be available at 45% off! If you haven’t picked up our game already, this is the perfect time to do so!

2. Plebby Quest Conquering the World!
Plebby Quest recently won an award for “Best Design” at the 2021 Taipei Game Show! It’s a major game convention and we were so happy to have received so many votes from other developers as part of the “Indie Game Awards”.



3. DLC Announcement

The DLC that you all have been waiting for is almost here!

We’re currently hard at work getting it ready for you and hope to release it in March.

We can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on and hope that you’ll like it.

We’re excited to introduce the new game mode for Plebby Quest called the “Land of Chaos”. This new mode features 7 unique maps where the religions, empires and regions’ locations always appear randomly, so each time you play it is a completely different experience!



Not only that, but the Free Play mode has also been improved through Blessings and Hardships which will add a lot of variety to the gameplay.



And last but not least, the following bugs have been fixed and improvements made.

-Monastery & Policing Automatization, Research Location Changed
- Fixed bug where in certain situations you could continuously get Outlaw Special Forces
- Added the ability to denounce heresy at the religious conference
- Added Steam Achievements (New Mode & Blessings/Hardships)
- Misc. bug fixes

However like we stated in a previous post, this update will not affect your stats regarding ‘game completions’ or anything that you’ve unlocked, but it will NOT work with previous save files. So if you have any games that are currently in-progress, you unfortunately will not be able to finish them.

This is something we’ve been talking about since launch, so we’re sorry that it took so long to share this content with you. We’ll keep trying our hardest to make the best possible version of Plebby Quest that we can and hope that it creates a lot of good gaming memories for you.

We’re almost done with the next update and are on-track to release it on December 18th.

There are a couple important things that we need to share with you beforehand though.

The next patch will mainly consist of the following two items.

• Altering the Chest System
  
• Adding a new mode
  

Please note that this update will NOT work with your currently-saved games and you won’t be able to complete them after installing the patch. This will not adversely affect your number of ‘game completions’ or unlocked features though.

This update was a major undertaking for our development team and the above situation was unavoidable, so we hope that you can understand and have enough time to finish all of your games that are currently in-progress.

That being said, we really hope that you enjoy the new contents!
