PATCH NOTES DEMO v0.7.16
[p]Hey everyone! First of all, thank you so much to everyone who played the demo, sent feedback, bug reports, compliments, or suggestions. We’ve been following everything closely and already started fixing several of the things you’ve found. Here’s what’s new in version 0.7.16:[/p][p][/p][h3]Improvements and New Additions[/h3]
- [p]Automatic bot: now, if someone disconnects or leaves the match, a bot jumps in to keep the game going. This not only allows the match to continue under the same conditions, but also fixes a bunch of bugs that happened in those situations.[/p]
- [p]Text chat: it’s now possible to chat during matches, whether to hurry up that one friend off-call or to complain about the random who canceled your 3. If you ever see any kind of strange, offensive, or uncomfortable conversation, please let us know! We’ll be keeping an eye out to prevent any harmful behavior.[/p]
- [p]Turn modifiers now show up on the HUD: effects from special cards that change the rules of the round (Truco, Vice, and Less is More) now appear on screen to make those modifiers crystal clear.[/p]
- [p]Tutorial: now only opens automatically the very first time.[/p]
- [p]Beans and caps: beans from previous rounds no longer stick to bottle caps; everything should now stay properly synced with the HUD every round.[/p]
- [p]Canceled cards: fixed a bug where non-canceled cards appeared as canceled on the HUD if others canceled each other.[/p]
- [p]Tiebreakers: adjusted a few cases that were resolving incorrectly.[/p]
- [p]Chip sound: fixed the looping sound effect that kept replaying in some situations.[/p]
- [p]Score HUD: no longer lingers into the next round after more than 4 people score. The outline still sticks around for now — we’ll squash that one in an upcoming hotfix.[/p]
- [p]Spectator mode: spectators can no longer phase through character models (whoever saw Antenor’s teeth up close, congrats, you’re part of a very exclusive club).[/p][p][/p]
