Dark Souls 2 Seamless Co-op is on the way, and it'll revamp the splitting RPG
I'm always happy to revisit Dark Souls 2. It's definitely the black sheep of Fromsoftware's oeuvre, but its penchant for off-kilter design decisions keeps me coming back. The abundance of life gems, nonsensical level layouts, and adaptability stat are just some of the bizarre choices that make DS2 unlike anything else. If you've never played it, then, or fancy diving back into the kingdom of Drangleic for another round, now's the perfect time. One of the most prolific modders in the soulslike community has set their eyes on Dark Souls 2, and they're about to change the game forever.
