FAQ for Game Launch

  • [p]The Supporter Pack DLC can only be claimed once. It cannot be claimed again after deleting your save file. Please ensure you have enough space in your inventory when claiming the DLC.
    For players who lost DLC content due to deleted save files, please contact the group admin—we will compensate you with a one-time DLC reissue.[/p]
  • [p]The game servers are currently located in Singapore. If you experience frequent disconnections, please use a game accelerator. Most major accelerators support our game.[/p]
  • [p]If you are experiencing issues with your demo save not transferring or encountering corrupted saves, please exit the game and send the Loot of Baal save folder to the group admin.
