Online Mode is Back! Massive Compensation Available! Large screen mode updated

[p]Dear Adventurers,[/p][p]The online server has been restarted and reopened now. At the same time, support for larger interface is also added. [/p][p]o better prevent future incidents, we’ve implemented the highest level of server protection currently available to us. We've also improved the save system—your game progress will now be backed up more frequently and reliably. We sincerely apologize. It was our lack of technical preparation that led to these issues, and we deeply regret the frustration this has caused. [/p][p]Despite our repeated efforts, we’ve confirmed that due to the unexpected nature of the recent attack, the progress loss for some players is irreversible. We are truly sorry. [/p][p]We understand that no amount of compensation can fully make up for the losses players have suffered, but we still want to do everything we can to show our appreciation and offer support. While we’re doing everything within our means, we cannot yet completely eliminate the risk of high-level malicious attacks. Still, we believe the online mode deserves another chance, and we hope for your continued understanding and support. We're already in touch with several server experts who have kindly offered to help us strengthen our infrastructure even further. [/p][p]For players who prioritize stability and save security, we still recommend the offline mode for now. It remains a strong companion on your desktop, capable of offering hundreds of hours of high-quality gameplay. [/p][p]Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience we’ve caused. Unknown Server Attack, Online Mode Temporarily Closed – Offline Mode Playable

[p]Dear Adventurers,[/p][p]We are truly sorry. Less than 10 hours after our game launched, our servers were hit by an unidentified attack. We are urgently investigating the source and method of the intrusion. Unfortunately, some data has already been lost, and a number of players may experience issues such as missing save files. As a result, we’ve made the difficult decision to seal the affected data and temporarily shut down the game's online mode.[/p][p]The internet is a powerful place—something we are only now beginning to fully understand.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p] The server was attacked at 11:32 AM UTC on June 17[/p][p][/p][p]This incident has left us shocked and confused. We honestly don’t understand why a game like ours would become the target of such an attack. We are deeply, deeply sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Rather than asking for your forgiveness, we are working with Steam to open a special refund channel so that affected players can request a refund. This will require Steam’s special approval, so it may take some time.[/p][p]We’re also preparing a compensation plan to make up for this unfortunate situation. In the meantime, the offline (single-player) version of the game remains fully playable, with the same content as the online version—only trading with other players is unavailable.[/p][p]Loot of Baal is a labor of love, and we believe it still has many moments worth experiencing.   • [p]The Supporter Pack DLC can only be claimed once. It cannot be claimed again after deleting your save file. Please ensure you have enough space in your inventory when claiming the DLC.
    For players who lost DLC content due to deleted save files, please contact the group admin—we will compensate you with a one-time DLC reissue.[/p]
  • [p]The game servers are currently located in Singapore. If you experience frequent disconnections, please use a game accelerator. Most major accelerators support our game.[/p]
  • [p]If you are experiencing issues with your demo save not transferring or encountering corrupted saves, please exit the game and send the Loot of Baal save folder to the group admin.
