Fixed a bug where exploration failure would increase city exploration and allow unlimited goods[/p][p]3. Fixed a bug where the flamethrower would not work on enemies summoned by event cards[/p][p]4. Fixed a bug where waste heat recovery would cause the temperature to become 0 degrees when it was above 0 degrees[/p][p]5.
