A Letter to Our Demo Testers

We’re thrilled to see so many players interested in trying out the The Secret Story DEMO Version FreePlay!

Although the DEMO Version is free to play, we’re committed to making improvements in the future. However, as we’re currently focusing on developing the full version of the game, we’re unable to update the DEMO Free to Play version at this time.

For the DEMO Free to Play version, you can play it all the way to the end if you follow the story correctly.
But if you encounter any issues, here are a few helpful tips:

• Regarding passwords: If you’re unsure of the correct one, don’t worry. Entering the wrong password won’t freeze the game. The game provides two paths: one for entering the correct password and another for entering the wrong one. Either way, you can progress in the story.
  
• Pay close attention to all the hints and instructions; they can be very helpful!
  

The DEMO Free to Play version is designed to introduce you to the mechanics of a branching choice-based game. The storyline in the DEMO is specially created for this version.



In the full version of the game, we’ll add more intriguing mysteries for you to explore. You’ll get to decide whether to believe or doubt—every click of your fingers will shape branching events with endless possibilities!

Lastly, we’d like to encourage you to wishlist The Secret Story on your Steam account. We’ll share progress updates, including development visuals, in this post and provide regular updates from our team.
