[h2]Happy Holidays![/h2][p][/p][p]This hotfix focuses on crafting reliability, villager and porter behavior, combat balance, UI responsiveness, and performance optimizations, along with holiday decorative additions.[/p][p][/p][h3]Crafting & Economy Fixes[/h3]
  • [p]Fixed Blacksmith crafting not working correctly for players and Villagers.[/p]
  • [p]Villagers can now correctly craft stew and other food items.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed multiple issues with crafting and porter behaviors[/p]
[p][/p][h3]AI & Villager Improvements[/h3]
  • [p]Fixed Hunters getting stuck endlessly trying to acquire bows.[/p]
  • [p]Improved Visitor behavior, including fixes for persistent or idle visitors in existing saves.[/p]
[p]DEV NOTE: Hunters are in an unpolished state that still requires more work to be done to bring up their efficiency. We will be working towards this in our next patch. You may experience bugs and unexpected behavior regarding hunters. [/p][h3]Combat Balance & Changes[/h3]
  • [p]Bow draw is now meter-based, providing clearer feedback and control.[/p]
  • [p]Reduced stamina cost while holding a shield.[/p]
  • [p]Increased engagement range for boars, wolves, and bears.[/p]
  • [p]Hunters now deal increased damage and improved accuracy.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed combat state issues that could persist incorrectly across saves.[/p]
[p]DEV NOTE: We recently discovered some issues regarding stamina - and have temporarily disabled bow stamina usage - in order to observe Hunter behaviors as well as a present regen bug. [/p][h3]UI & Quality of Life[/h3]

  • [p]Added on-screen help text for skipping dialogue when available.[/p]
