To create a new 107 weapon you will need: Ancient Feather (100 pcs), Large Adamantium (1 pc), Ancient Weapon Recipe (1 pc). After collecting all the necessary resources, go to Pluor at the Outpost, he will help you create this marvelous weapon.
You can get the Feather of the Ancients from Neo-bosses. Large adamantium can be obtained by defeating Nava bosses. The Ancient Weapon Recipe drops from any monsters of level 106 or higher.
