[2025-02-01] Gameplay update - Added "Give Up" Button

Just now, we have made some updates to the game.

The content of this gameplay update is:

• Added the "GIve Up" button. When your next player is ready to shoot, you can use the "Give Up" button in Esc to accept the penalty and then start a new rack.
  
• Optimized the game network logic.
