Dec 10 Update

[p]Hi everyone! 👋[/p][p][/p][p]This week we have another mega update for you![/p][p][/p][h3]Incapacitated characters[/h3][p]Up until now, there were no consequences to not escaping the dungeon. Starting today, when a character fails to escape the dungeon, not only they lose all their items, but they will also become incapacitated.[/p][p]An incapacitated character cannot be used. They will recover on their own after a while or when the entire roster becomes incapacitated.[/p][p][/p][h3]A new layout for the roster screen[/h3][p]As part of the bigger incapacitated changes, we've also improved the layout of the Roster screen so it's clearer which characters are available.[/p][p][/p][h3]Audio and Video[/h3]
  • [p]Ambient Music: our 3D artist, Solomon, is also a talented musician and they created some ambient music for the game. [/p]
  • [p]Video settings: you can now adjust video settings in the Settings menu.[/p][p][/p]
[h3]Smaller fixes:[/h3]
  • [p]Fireballs now spawn closer to the caster and they no longer spawn behind enemies[/p]
  • [p]Fireballs are no longer interrupted by keys on the ground[/p][p][/p]

[p]Hi everyone! 👋[/p][p][/p][p]We’ve rolled out a significant update this week focused heavily on player control and personalization![/p][p][/p][h3]New Player Customization & Control[/h3]
  • [p]Settings Menu: You now have full control over your experience. We've implemented a comprehensive Settings Menu allowing you to adjust volume, and customize your key bindings.[/p]
  • [p]Character Selector: Before starting your run, you can now visit the Roster screen and select which character you want to play! While there, don't forget to set your loadout![/p][p][/p]
[h3]New Content[/h3]
  • [p]New Room: The Graveyard! Get ready to explore a chilling new location! We've added The Graveyard, a creepy room lovingly crafted by our new intern.[/p][p][/p]

Nov 19 Demo Update

[p]Hi everyone! 👋[/p][p]We’ve just deployed our weekly update, focusing on adding tactical depth to both combat and exploration.[/p][p]What's new:[/p]
  • [p]Environmental Damage: Be extremely cautious around the crystals in the room that we released last week because they do environmental damage now![/p]
  • [p]Tactical Dodge: The dodge mechanic just got a major upgrade! If you time your dodge correctly, you now benefit from iFrames (invulnerability frames), allowing you to avoid enemy or player attacks. Master the timing to survive and escape![/p]

Nov 5 Update

[p]Hi friends,[/p][p][/p][p]We have another update for you! Without further ado, here's what's new:[/p][p][/p][h3]Map & Quality of Life Updates[/h3]
  • [p]Item Markers: You'll never lose a key again! Important items and objectives are now clearly visible on the minimap.[/p]
  • [p]Cleaner Minimap: Speaking of the minimap, it has been refined to be cleaner and is now slightly zoomed in for better visibility.[/p]
[h3]Bug Fixes[/h3]
  • [p]Sounds: We broke the armed melee sound following last week's sound engine addition. That's fixed now.[/p]
  • [p]Steam Deck: The issue blocking the 'Start' button on the Steam Deck is resolved. You can now host a game directly from Steam Deck![/p][p][/p]
