Balance Patch Hot Fix #1

Greetings Ballers,

This is FreeStyle 2 Developer of Joycity.

After our Balance Patch, we have found a few parts that needed to be adjusted. Therefore, we have decided to do a Hot Fix.

Hot Fix Contents:

- Application: During the in-game match, when using Post Up Jumper, visualized system error of ‘Range Exceeded’ sign had been removed.
- Application: We've reduced the Stat Values of Post Block Expert, Middle Shot Block Expert, and 3 pt shot Block Expert, which are the Masteries of all positions.

- Intention: Block Experts Masteries had high stat values of blocks. Therefore, we have reduced block stat values. Please check the details
through the game.

- Application: Dash move speed ↑' has been added to the Dash Block Mastery of PF and the Dash Rebound mastery of SF.

We will keep monitoring for the balance in order to create a better environment.
