Newbie Introduction Improvements

Hello Ballers,

Here are some improvements that will be implemented during today's patch.

Kindly check the details below:

- Event Button becomes more noticeable.



- Recommended Attributes button are added on User Info > Attributes.
- If you're not satisfied with the recommended attributes, you may use the
Training Reset item which will be given after completing the guide.





- Recommended Skill button is also added on Skill section
- Skill recommendation function is only available once for new users



Lastly, Newbie Rookie Pass and Back to the Court for returnee event will be deleted.
