Bugs fix and improvments

Fixed a bug that increased turbo boost duration while the game was paused
Added a respawn button in the pause menu
Fixed UI framing issues for the association panel at certain resolutions
Fixed text overflow issues for some objectives
Turbo boost time no longer increases during pause
The UFO can now be picked up in solo mode
Gadgets and attachments are now always shared in multiplayer
Debris stuck inside walls have been moved outside (desert map)
