Advanced Access Feedback Update - EA SPORTS FC 26
[p]Thank you for sharing your feedback and reporting the issues you’ve experienced with FC 26. We’re listening closely and working around the clock to make your experience better. Here’s some of the issues you've told us about so far, and what we're doing about them:

Status: Addressed
When FC 26 first became available, we had an issue where you weren’t able to enter the game. Our teams worked on this problem from the moment it started occurring, and we identified and addressed the cause within an hour and a half of launch.
[/p][h3]Controllers Not Responding[/h3][p]
Status: Investigating[/p][p]
We’ve heard your feedback about controllers not registering inputs at times or dropping inputs entirely during matches.[/p][p]
We’re investigating the cause of this right now and will provide an update as soon as one is available.[/p][p][/p][p]If you haven’t already, be sure to update the firmware on your controller below:[/p]

Online Lag And Delay[/h3][p]
Status: Addressed[/p][p]
We had an issue causing a number of players to connect to FC Game Data Centers that were non-optimal. For example, if you would normally connect to data center A, the issue might have sent you to data center B.[/p][p]
We identified the cause here quickly and our teams were able to address the issue, so the game should no longer be sending players to incorrect FC Game Data Centers.
[/p][h3]Missing Content / Season Pass[/h3][p][/p][p]Status: Addressed with a potential small workaround needed.[/p][p]
If you’re missing any pre-order in-game content or access to the Season Pass, shutting FC 26 game down fully and restarting while connected to the internet typically enables our backend systems to re-check your content and give it to you.

Optimization And Stability[/h3][p][/p][p]Status: Investigating[/p][p]
We hear your feedback about graphical performance and stability and are investigating reports we see (like the one time freeze on the Squad screen for example). [/p][p]
Since PC setups can vary greatly, we ask that you please give us as much information as possible when telling us about the stability or graphical issues you might be experiencing.[/p][p]
What would be super helpful to us to see is:
- System specs.[/p][p]- Controllers in use.[/p][p]- Time/date of issue including time zone.[/p][p]- Game Area/Feature/Mode.[/p][p]- Screenshots/Videos[/p][p]- How often it happens.[/p][p]- EA account username.[/p][p]- Detailed description of the issue you’re experiencing and what was happening before it started occurring.[/p][p]
