Optimizations & Adjustments

In combat, the display of the number of treasure chests picked up has been changed to "treasure chest icon x number".[/p][p]4. Announcement on DLC Converting to Free Access - some words we want to say to you

[p]Hello, Supercats![/p][p] [/p][p]Survival Mode has entered Season 2, featuring new seasonal heroes and items for everyone to play with, as you challenge your survival time and ranking on the leaderboards.[/p][p] [/p][p]Additionally, there's another important matter we need to address. After launching our Supercat Squad DLC, we collected feedback from users through the community and reviews. Our team has discussed and reflected internally: our original intention behind releasing the DLC was to bundle it with the base game, allowing users to enjoy the independent discount of the bundle at all times. This way, even though Steam requires a 30-day cooldown period for discounts, the bundle discount would allow users to enjoy discounts at any time without waiting for the cooldown.[/p][p] [/p][p]However, our consideration was not comprehensive enough. Our game, Supercat Survivors, was released in Early Access, and our focus should have been on improving the game, optimizing the experience, and adding more gameplay content—rather than rushing to release a paid DLC, which might have led users to mistakenly think we're an overly profit-hungry studio.[/p][p] [/p][p]We believe the criticism from users is extremely valuable, and we've reflected deeply on it. Therefore, we've decided to make the DLC freely available and include it in the base game package, allowing all users to unlock the DLC content at no cost. We've submitted this request to Steam officials and are processing refunds for all users who purchased the DLC. Steam support will assist us in completing the refund process. We sincerely apologize to you all for the unpleasant experience we've caused![/p][p] [/p][p]Moving forward, we'll continue to release more gameplay modes, additional Supercat heroes, and more weapons and items. Seasonal Buff Updates
[p][/p][p]This update focuses on balance adjustments for 【Survival Mode】. The core of these adjustments is to reduce the crystal output in Survival Mode and shorten the excessively long shopping time in the shop. At the same time, we will increase the harvest attribute values of some items and stop producing certain low return items. This aims to raise the drop probability of useful items and compensate for the reduced crystal output through these items, thereby making the gameplay experience of Survival Mode more smooth.[/p][p][/p]
【Survival Mode】Crystal Output Adjustment
[p]Based on player feedback and the development team’s testing evaluations, the current amount of crystals obtained in Waves 1-9 of Survival Mode is excessive. The long time spent purchasing items and weapons in the shop interface has negatively impacted the combat experience of Survival Mode. Therefore, we have decided to update the version when the first season ends, reducing the crystal output in Survival Mode by 40%.[/p][p][/p]
【Survival Mode】Item Adjustments
[p]Due to the limited number of waves in Survival Mode, some items rarely achieve their intended effects after being obtained. Additionally, they occupy drop and randomization shares, reducing the drop chance of truly useful items. Therefore, we have decided to stop dropping certain items in Survival Mode and enhance the attributes of some others.[/p]
