Quarantine Zone: The Last Check News

[p]Greetings!

We are launching a Discord community event for collectible items for Quarantine Zone, instead of a more vague Easter Eggs, those collectibles are the golden items players can find and later display during their playthrough.[/p][p]
[/p][p]The event will be run from August 22nd to September 5th. There will be two steps to this event:[/p]

• [p]August 22nd - August 29th: submission of the ideas for collectibles and initial voting[/p]
• [p]August 30th - September 6th: second round of voting, which will take place via a poll with the 10 most upvoted suggestions from the first round.[/p]

[p][/p][p]There will be three winners in total: two selected by voting during the second round of the event, and one will be additionally selected by the development team. By participating in this event, you represent that submissions are of your own creation and agree that ownership of your submission will transfer to the developers and publishers of Quarantine Zone: The Last Check. [/p][p]
[/p][p]Goal: [/p][p]Provide the idea for a collectible item that future you and fellow players will be able to find during their playthrough of Quarantine Zone. In Quarantine Zone: The Last Check, you play one of the hazmat-sporting goons at a government checkpoint during a zombie apocalypse. Your job is to let refugees through the gate one by one, and appraise them for evidence of infection. You know the kind of thing: hidden bite marks, weird heartbeats, high temperatures, people ripping your face off without showing appropriate documentation, etcetera.

We come bearing great news. First things first - we’ve crossed a massive milestone of 1 Million wishlists, and more than one and a half million players have played our demo since its launch in May 2025.[/p][p][/p][p]We’d like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who stayed with the project so far: the first playtesters, all the demo players, hundreds of content creators who shared our demo with their communites, all of our social media followers, and our amazing Discord community, which has grown to more than 30 thousands members - we could not have done it without you. Every last bit of feedback you left, the countless replies to surveys you provided us with, and all the bug reports allowed us to continue working on the release version of the game and make it better and better.[/p][p][/p][p]Secondly, we’ve just reached an agreement with the amazing people (and absolute maniacs) from Devolver Digital to publish our game. This provides our team with additional resources and options to increase the quality of the final product and reach as many potential players as possible.[/p][p][/p][p]We are so excited about where this partnership can take us, and because we’re going to be able to try some new things, we’ll need to push Quarantine Zone’s launch window from September to November of this year (with the exact date to be announced later on). [/p][p][/p][p]While we understand that players would love to get their hands on the game and explore the Quarantine Zone as soon as possible, the additional time and the partnership with Devolver Digital allow us to focus our entire effort on further improving the game and plan even more content for after the initial release.[/p][p]
