November 2025 Diceletter![/p][p]yep you heard it right, I'm no longer calling these monthly "updates" cause... somebody on the discord server confused them with like actual game updates, which to be fair, makes sense lol[/p][p][/p][p]soo now, let's talk about what you here came for:
DICE![/p][p][/p][hr][/hr][p][/p][h2]POWER LEVELS[/h2][p]Soo some of you may have noticed one secret and totally not obvious menu thing on the demo, the power selection menu! I've come to realize that I've never properly explained this, so let's talk about it[/p][p][/p][p]

[/p][p]Power levels are essentially Dice A Million's "ascension" system, my way to make the game progressively harder. It works pretty similarly to other games, so each level adds a new rule that will make the game just a little bit harder, and stack on top of all of the previous ones.[/p][p][/p][p]

[/p][p][/p][p]Here's the first one! As you can see, pretty simple. some of them are straightforward like this, and others are more involved and even introduce exclusive mechanics. I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun and totally won't sent a missile straight up to my house :)[/p][p][/p][p]To unlock a new Power level, it's simple, just beat Face 3 on the previous one on any specific hand (yep they're hand exclusive)[/p][p]Each hand will keep track of your power progess for each completion mark, and there's achievements/unlocks for beating the last power level on each one of them![/p][p][/p][p]

[/p][p]As a side effect of Power Levels being added, I lowered pip objectives just a bit from Face 2 onwards. This will make the game overall easier on Power 0 compared to the demo, but trust me, it is absolutely needed cause some later power levels go really crazy lol.[/p][p]Okay okay, now let's share some new dice and rings![/p][p][/p][hr][/hr][p][/p][h2]DICE / RINGS[/h2][p][/p][h3]Bone Die[/h3][p]

invertedmeltan made a crazy build with Piggydie (which always has face 0) so I thought to myself "if they only had void ring in that run..." Simple, but it is really one of my favorites to play around with[/p][p][/p][p]Also I've updated Magic Ring and Bubble Wrap sprites, cause they were so bad before lol[/p][p][/p][p]

yep I censored the dots right to the play button to not spoil the colors of the hands[/p][p][/p][hr][/hr][p] [/p][h2]MODDING TOOLS [/h2][p]Another thing I've been working on recently is revamping the debug console to make it usable for the public! This will be a feature included in the full release but of course intended for modding or content creation purpouses, as it will disable achievements when used. [/p][p](
You'll also have to turn it on beforehand in the game files just so people don't randomly stumble upon it lol)[/p][p]

[/p][p]You can give yourself crazy dice with specific enchantments, spawn bosses, teleport to anywhere...[/p][p]it's basically /gamemode 1 guys[/p][p] [/p][hr][/hr][p][/p][h2]WHAT I'VE BEEN DOING[/h2][p]Soooo the game is basically a month and a half away from release, and I know I said this earlier BUT now I feel like the game IS finally
100% content complete! Last week I added a new batch of 8 rings which focus on making synergies with mechanics that I felt were lacking, and with those I don't think I'm adding anything else.[/p][p]If that's the case (and it's completely possible that I add just one more die or something before release lol), the total count is:
126 dice and 90 rings![/p][p]keep in mind it is a very layered game, even more so than what it may seem from the demo, so most of this content will be locked from the start, just so you don't get lost and overwhelmed...[/p][p][/p][p]

oh I'm shy die and I'm lost and overwhelmed...[/p][p][/p][p]From now on, I'll be focusing on polishing, balancing, and finishing up the ending cutscene. (and trying to 100% my own save file so I can be the first one in the world to do so >:))[/p][p][/p][p]Also, I've been working on a rework to the boss shop, as I've always thought it was pretty lacking, often having no real challenge or thought, just a buy-nothing or buy-everything situation. I'm being very cautious about it though cause this the only thing I'm really changing from the content in the demo (besides balancing and visual enhancements ofc), so I'll definitely want your feedback on it. I'll post 100% transparent footage in a few weeks here, but be sure to join the
