October 10 — Weekly Developer Log
Highlights:
[p]Arena email bug[/p][p]Mobile version coming soon[/p][p]Guild battlefield opening soon[/p]
Developer’s Note
[p]This week has been intense! During the holiday, a major bug occurred in the Arena settlement system, leading to a 12-hour downtime. Our backend programmer happened to be on vacation—without a laptop—so things got extra chaotic.[/p][p]How’s everyone enjoying the “Magitech Device + Demon Gate”? I’ve received tons of feedback: overpowered stats (T_T), awkward controls (fair point!), and several bugs. Still, most players seemed to enjoy it overall, which makes us happy![/p][p]As for the mobile version, we’re finally approaching the finish line. If all goes well, it’ll be released next week. I’m both excited and terrified—hoping for lots of new players, but dreading potential bugs and optimization issues.[/p][p]We’ve adjusted pricing, item categories, gacha rates, and pity systems. I’ve been testing it myself, and it feels much better! The build will be locked in 3 days for final debugging and performance tuning.[/p]
This Week’s Progress
[p]Guild Battlefield development nearly complete[/p][p]Guild system improvements: expanded shop & donation[/p][p]Added new exclusive weapons[/p][p]Final mobile optimization: performance, shop content, pricing, new player gacha[/p][p]Fixed the root cause of the team-saving bug and related Magitech issues[/p][p]Many bug fixes — we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience![/p]
Work in Progress
[p]New Event: Halloween and the Mysterious Valkyrie (Scheduled for Oct 24)[/p][p]It’s Halloween again! In the town graveyard, the boss meets a new friend… and yes, it’s time for more “voluntary work” at the Freelance Company![/p][p]New Chapter: The Sleeping Valkyrie and Her Dearest Friend (Scheduled for Nov)[/p][p]Our journey continues northward into the frozen lands, where a Valkyrie deeply tied to the Primordial One lies asleep. Through her, we’ll uncover the ancient history between the Demon Lord and the Valkyries. But in the raging snowstorm… how can we find the path forward?[/p]
