To All Players: Reflections on Our First Month Since Launch

[p]A cool autumn breeze tonight—perfect for the weekend. I was about to go outside, but then I glanced at my to-do list. A voice in my head whispered: “Do you really deserve that?” …so I sat back down and booted up my PC.[/p][p]It’s been one month since the launch on August 24. This is my first time running a game I’ve personally developed, and honestly, much of it was designed in ignorance. Once it went live, I realized how many mistakes I had made. I sincerely apologize for the trouble it caused. Still, thanks to everyone in Discord and QQ for constantly pushing me and offering feedback. Little by little, I’ve started to feel: maybe I can do this? (laughs). That said, there’s still a lot to adjust, many new systems to build, and store pricing to refine.[/p][p]Here are the big things coming in October:[/p]
  1. [p]Mobile Launch
    Expected around October 15 (or that week) on Google Play and the Apple App Store. The mobile version will carry over Steam’s content with major optimizations. Steam players will be able to log in on mobile and carry over their progress. Login system is under development.[/p]
  2. [p]Season 2 Begins — New Content:[/p]
  • [p]New Battle Pass (skins, avatar frames, name cards, and more rewards)[/p]
  • [p]Demon’s Gate (survive endless waves of enemies for rich rewards)[/p]
  • [p]Magic Relics (new progression: embed orbs to customize your team)[/p]
  • [p]Exclusive weapons for existing characters[/p]
  • [p]Valkyrie Popularity Poll[/p]
  • [p]New guild battleground system[/p]
  • [p]Large-scale exploration event (fish, mine, and earn rewards)[/p]
  • [p]Star-up expansion (make your favorite Valkyrie stronger)[/p]

[p]Hello everyone, the game is scheduled to be updated soon. Update details are as follows:[/p][h3]IMPORTANT: Starting from this update, patch files will no longer take effect. You may choose to delete them from your local folder, or simply leave them as they are.
If you want to switch Valkyrie’s in-game state, go to Settings, find the “Delicious Ice Cream” option, and toggle the switch on the right to your preferred state.[/h3]
  1. [p]Player level cap increased to 70. Starting from level 61, each level grants 2 talent points.[/p]
  2. [p]Strength, Agility, and Intelligence talent trees expanded, with new general talents added.[/p]
  3. [p]Adventures now drop Personality Crystals. Identical crystals can be fused. Each character’s max personality slots increased to 4.[/p]
  4. [p]New Mystic Forge system: forge skill weapons or transfer enchantments.
     4.1 Forgeable weapons this week:
      Bone-Eroding Blade: Critical hits reduce target’s physical resistance by 12% for 8s.
      Swift Bow: Each normal attack increases attack speed by 1.5% for 3s, stacking up to 8 times.
     4.2 Enchantments can be transferred between items of the same rarity and slot. Epic gear consumes 1 Philosopher’s Stone, Legendary gear consumes 2.[/p]
  5. [p]Added input responses for Esc and Space keys.[/p]
  6. [p]Lila – Summer Festival: new hit and skill effects added.[/p]
  7. [p]Enchantments updated: All Damage bonus added. Magic/Physical/Melee/Ranged Damage bonuses are now unified into All Damage bonus.[/p]
  8. [p]Fixed an issue where defeating a BOSS did not count toward achievements.[/p]
  9. [p]Monsters defeated in Abyssal Ascension and Co-op Trials now count toward achievement progress.[/p]
  10. [p]Fixed an issue where MVP screen did not display character skins.[/p]
  11. [p]Fixed incorrect display of 【Attack Power】in the attribute panel.[/p]
  12. [p]Fixed guild event reward errors and added extra rewards.[/p]
  13. [p]Fixed issue where Hilda’s entry distance was too far.[/p]
  14. [p]Fixed an issue where expired shop packs still appeared.[/p]
  15. [p]The game will now auto-mute when not in the Windows foreground.[/p]

[p]Hello everyone, the game is scheduled to be updated 1 hour from now, lasting about 30 minutes. Update details are as follows:[/p]

  2. [p]Fixed an issue where the story after stage 5-24 was displayed incorrectly.[/p]
  3. [p]Once the Pass reaches max level, daily quests will no longer show a red notification dot.[/p]
