[p]Howdy folks, and thanks for playing! Since launch, we’ve been reading your feedback and working hard on an update focused on refining the fish fighting mechanics and adding some fun new features.[/p][p][/p][h3]🎣 Fish Fighting Improvements[/h3][p]You can now let your line go slack and see it with clear visual cues to help you manage tension and avoid over-pulling. [/p][p][/p][p]We’ve also added the ability to steer and guide the fish slightly when pulling at just the right time and improved bubble particles to let you know when the fish is thrashing easier.[/p][p][/p][h3]🐟 Smarter Fish Behaviour[/h3][p] Fish no longer sprint endlessly in one direction or head butt the lakebed. Their movement is now more natural and satisfying.[/p][p][/p][h3]🧍 New Angler Animations[/h3][p]
We’ve added some lovely new animations to bring your angler to life with more personality.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][h3]⚙️ Idle Mode Enhancements[/h3][p]
You can now tweak Idle Mode to limit what can be caught passively.

To try out this update:
In your Steam Library, select Cast n Chill, then the settings cog ⚙️ , then select Properties.[/p][p][/p][p]
Go to the Betas tab and choose Public beta from the dropdown menu.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][h3]💬 Provide Feedback[/h3][p]
Inside the beta version, open the pause menu and look to the top left for a link to the Beta Feedback Form.[/p][p]
