Daily Jam issues have been resolved

[p]Hey everyone, I apologize for the issues surrounding the Daily Jam today, it was completely my fault and I didn't realize I had broken it before heading to bed!

The issues have now been resolved including a fix that should prevent this from happening in the future. Not much time left in todays jam but tomorrows should be all good to go!

I also apologize for any duplicate tracks right now, this will stop happening as I find and approve more tracks for the Jam, its just a tedious process. If you have any suggestions for tracks that would make good Daily Jam tracks please let me know![/p][p][/p][p]-Hondune[/p]

The Hobby Shop track is now open for business!

[p]Time for yet another big update with a brand new and highly anticipated new track venue![/p][p][/p][p]New Features:[/p][p]-A brand new venue has been added, the local hobby shop! A great venue for small tracks, small scale racing, and recreations of your favorite local shops indoor track![/p][p]-Level editor now detects if a track was previously edited with "manual angles" enabled and will enable it automatically when returning to edit it[/p][p]-Old unused save file backups that are older than a certain age and game version are now automatically cleaned up[/p][p][/p][p]Changes:[/p][p]-Improved track path shading visuals on all venues[/p][p][/p][p]Bug Fixes:[/p][p]-Fixed missing tires in shop scene[/p][p]-Fixed rank display popping up after changing vehicles on a local track[/p][p]-Blocked another character that breaks level compression[/p][p]-Fixed leaderboard scrolling to top when loading more entries[/p][p]-Removed a couple bad tracks from the daily pool, im always looking for more tracks to add to the rotation so if you have suggestions let me know![/p][p]-Improved track search functions when searching for user or track names[/p][p][/p]

New reset to track mechanic, better level select system, and more!

[p]New Features:[/p][p]-New "Reset To Track" feature, replacing the "Rewind" feature with a much faster alternative that lets you quickly get back on track and keep going[/p][p]-New and improved level select screen, with a more concise and cleaned up level list and a new page system for easier navigation[/p][p]-When exiting a track the level select menu now remembers where you were in the list, so you can continue finding awesome tracks without having to load several pages again[/p][p][/p][p]Changes:[/p][p]-Reduced dust on clay surface[/p][p]-Reduced pebbles on backyard clay surface[/p][p]-Adjusted clay skid marks[/p][p]-Favorites and Recently played track lists are now sorted by most recent first[/p][p]-Recently played track list increased to 20 tracks[/p][p][/p][p]Bug Fixes:[/p][p]-Fixed overly dark shadows on hangar clay surface[/p][p]-Fix for very rare issue where a negative time was uploaded[/p][p]-Fixed user name disappearing after adding track to favorites[/p][p]-Fixed bug causing empty tracks to be favorited[/p][p]-Fixed path editor scale display being incorrect on hangar and nationals venues[/p]

Paving the way for more track surfaces!

[p]It's that time again, time for a new update! This is a pretty big one as well with the highly requested clay track surface and a huge rework of the track surface system which will allow me to add more surfaces in the future! Plus a big improvement in that annoying physics glitch that causes the tires to occasionally hang up on the ground!

New Features:
[/p][p]-Revamped track surface system to allow for more versatility and the ability to add more surface types going forward[/p][p]-Added new "Base Surface" system for track editing, allowing you to set the entire tracks surface at once[/p][p]-Added a new track surface, CLAY! Clay is somewhere in between the loose dirt and asphalt in terms of handling and grip. Each vehicle will handle it differently, so explore the new handling characteristics of each one![/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]-Expanded surface modifier system to allow more surfaces on a single terrain. You can now have up to 4 different surfaces on a single track (5 if you include the "remove track" option). More surfaces coming soon![/p][p]-Track previews now show sections that have a different surface from the base surface of the track[/p][p]-Track select now shows what base surface the track uses[/p][p][/p][p]Changes:[/p][p]-Updates and improvements to track textures and materials across all venues[/p][p]-Added new tire rolling and skidding sounds for clay ground[/p][p]-Took down halloween decorations[/p][p][/p][p]Bug Fixes:[/p][p]-Fixed being unable to press down from daily leaderboards to play button with controller[/p][p]-Fixed terrain details not correctly updating when changing track surface modifiers[/p][p]-Various fixes to terrain surface modifier system[/p][p]-Potential fix for occasional bug where tires will get hung up on the ground and either break or cause a spin out[/p]
