PATCH 0.2.3.0

Patch notes:

  • Fixed a bug where Dachs Minion was dropping only poison scrolls.
  • Reduced Dachs Minion speed by 20% during the first encounters.
  • Added a new HUD for the quests menu.
  • Fixed a rare bug where the player could die inside minigames.
  • Removed the storage chest and added a scroll exchanger (not avaiable yet).
  • Minigame entrances are now hidden on the map again.
  • Added a spell area indicator for the following spells: Acid Rain, Life Leeching, Necrotic Aura, Magma Geysers, and Meteor Rain.
  • The spellbook now indicates when an element is not available in the demo (Ice, Water, Electric, Earth).

Patch notes:

  • Added poisoning/burning icon on player status effects bar.
  • Fixed a bug where an icon for the boss/mini-boss was not displayed on the minimap.
  • Now all spells activate if enemies are close to a certain distance while using the autocast system.
  • Fixed error where monsters would dash and pass through walls.
  • Minigame reward updated to grant 500x bones each time it is completed after the first time.
  • A small visual improvement has been made to the timer text within the minigame.

Patch notes:

  • Fixed a SFX bug that rarely occurs when exiting the mini game.
  • Changed the autocast setting to start active by default.
  • Added a game minimap that will show points of interest such as shrines, bosses, chests, among others.
  • The game's HUD has been redesigned (health bar, experience bar, spellbar, etc..).

UPDATE 0.2.0.0

This update contains bug fixes, balancing, new upgrades, and more.

Improvements:
  • Small improvement to the spell autocasting system. (Now with the autocast system the AOE spells only activate if enemies are close to a certain distance).
  • The cooldown time of some spells has been slightly changed.
  • Fire Breath spell now attacks in the mouse direction.
  • Improved the sprite of the Fire Breath spell.
  • Changed the sprite of the Flamethrower spell.
  • Increased the number of elite monsters.
  • Elite monsters now have more health and use special attacks.
  • Characters now unlock by killing the first elite on the map of the same element instead of the mini boss.
  • The inventory chest has been temporarily disabled.
  • An improvement to the loot drop indicator has been made.

Upgrade System:
  • A visual improvement was made in the selection of upgrades when leveling up.
  • The base percentage for some upgrades has been changed.
  • Now there is a rarity system for the upgrades.
  • Offensive upgrades are now individual for each spell.
  • New special upgrades have been added that appear every 10 levels.


Fixes:
  • Fixed the font of some numbers displayed on the screen.
  • Fixed the luck upgrades to now show as a percentage.
  • Fixed a SFX glitch in the upgrade menu.
  • Fixed a glitch in basic attack SFX.

PATCH 0.1.3.0

Patch notes:

  • Hints with the game controls now appear when entering the training area in the portal room.
  • Changed the color of poison element damage so it doesn't conflict with the healing color.
  • Added a bones counter to appear during the gameplay.
  • Added SFX when purchasing an upgrade in the portal room.
  • Enabled the ability to toggle auto-casting and auto-aim on the portal room.
  • We've made a small improvement to the spell autocasting system.
  • Fixed bug that let UI buttons to be clicked multiple times without receiving response.
  • Changed the minigame entrance to make it easier for players to find them during the demo only.
