The PlayTest application system has been updated

Hey everyone!

We haven’t been able to share updates for a while, as our team has been fully focused on the project.

During this period, we are looking for new testers to help us test the Drive system.

We are seeking volunteer testers who can play through the scenarios we’ve prepared, identify issues, provide feedback, and contribute to the development process.

To apply: PlayersHub

Thank you.

EA Announcement & Development Manifesto

Hello everyone!

First of all, we would like to sincerely thank everyone who has shown interest in our game and supported us throughout this journey.
Due to the current economic, psychological, and social challenges, we felt the need to share this announcement with you.

As a small independent team of just three people, we’ve been developing this project entirely on our own for about eight months. During this time, we’ve worked passionately on the game without any income, despite the difficulties of daily life (family responsibilities, social pressure, family expectations, etc.).
Without your interest, support, and trust, reaching this point would simply not have been possible.

After careful consideration, we’ve decided to launch the game into Early Access (EA) earlier than planned by expanding on the systems included in the demo and adding new features.
Features Planned for Early Access
• Car Driving
  • 13 Vehicles
  • More complex vehicle issues & repair system
  • Rent, electricity, and expense systems
  • Car washing system
  • Car painting system

We’re taking this step with full trust in our community — the people shaping this game together with us.

During the Early Access period, your financial and moral support will be a great source of strength for us.

Thank you for standing by our side on this journey. ❤️
Planned Features for the Final Release (if the community support reaches the level we hope for)
• 30+ Vehicles
  • Junkyard - Buy cheap used parts
  • Wholesale parts purchasing
  • Truck deliveries to bring spare parts from different locations
  • Tow truck service – pick up customer cars, repair them, and return them
  • Engine refactoring
  • Body and interior part replacements
  • Rust removal machine
  • Garage expansion system
  • Accessory customization
  • Players can buy their own cars
  • Vehicle customization
  • Exhaust repair
  • Fuse box repair
  • Turbo installation
  • Oil filter, air filter, belt, brake pump, radiator replacements
  • ECU tuning system
In Summary
In short, if everything goes as planned, Early Access will not be the end — it will be the beginning.
And if it doesn’t go as planned, it will still be an opportunity for us to stay transparent and not let you down.
We’ve also set the Early Access release date and are announcing it as;

January 28, 2026
CST - DEVLOG #3

In Car Service Together's (CST) DevLog series, we aim to share the game's roadmap, newly added systems, and the innovations we are working on. To stay updated on developments, please join our Discord channel!

Hello again, CST followers!
We've been receiving a lot of messages from you about DevLog #3, and we've been working hard to prepare a detailed and exciting update in response. CST has now reached 40,000+ wishlists, and we're getting very close to launching the demo!
https://store.steampowered.com/app/3501070

The first DevLog topic is: Mod Support
We're happy to share that CST now has full modding infrastructure in place!

CST is being developed by a small team of just three dev, with all 3D art handled by a single team member. Since we’ve made a conscious decision to avoid using premade assets, community support is incredibly valuable to us. That’s why mod support has been one of our top priorities from the start.

If you have experience with modding, you’ll be able to reach out to us via our Discord server after the demo is released to help test and improve the system ahead of time!

You can check out the CST Mod Guide here!

Second DevLog topic is: Tools
If you’ve been following our development on Discord, you already know we’ve been working on several machines for quite some time. We're happy to announce that they are now fully integrated into the project and fully co-op compatible!

  • Lift : Allows you to raise vehicles to three different heights, making it easy to move and work around them.

    • Lowest Level: Access to engine bay and bodywork
    • Mid Level: Ideal for working on wheels and suspension
    • Top Level: Lets you remove the engine, perform oil changes, exhaust maintenance, and more
  • Tire Changer : Handles mounting and unmounting of tires and rims.

  • Tire Balancer : Balances the mounted tires and rims to make them usable. This process merges the two parts into a single usable product.

  • Battery Charger : Recharges and increases the durability of batteries. However, batteries that fall below a certain condition threshold will no longer be rechargeable.

And yes — more machines are on the way!

Third DevLog topic is: Different Characters
We’re planning to introduce a character customization system during the Early Access phase, and our infrastructure is already built to support it. However, for the demo, there will be 4 different characters available.

In the future, we’ll be adding new;
  • Overalls
  • Outfits
  • Hats
  • Shoes

to the game!

Fourth DevLog topic is: User Interface (UI)
All UI screens designed for CST are now complete, and most of them have already been integrated into the game. Their usability and functionality will continue to evolve through testing and player feedback.
And a little surprise: CST will offer FULL GAMEPAD support!

Most of the content shown in the photos and GIFs throughout this DevLog is still under development and does not represent the final version. Some logos and brand visuals may be placeholders or subject to copyright, and will be replaced in the final release!

Fifth DevLog topic is: Parts and Upgrades
We've been focusing heavily on customizable and upgradeable car parts. At this point, how these parts function and appear is mostly finalized. Each item now has a Rarity Level, and we've introduced a Service Quality score. This allows you to easily compare a low-rarity but highly durable part with a high-rarity part that may have lower durability.

Additionally, these parts will directly affect key vehicle stats such as:
  • Weight
  • Handling
  • Braking
  • 0 - 100 km/h - 0-60 mph
  • Top Speed
  • Horsepower
  • 0 - 400 m - 1/4 mile
  • Torque

Sixth DevLog topic is: Feeling
After sharing our suspension system video, we took the feedback and test results to further improve the in-game feel.
  • Updated outline and ghost colors for better clarity
  • Added new sound effects to enhance immersion
  • Refined the control system to make it more intuitive

What’s Coming Next?
As promised, CST will be featured with a playable demo in the upcoming Steam Next Fest! Our demo page is launching very soon, and we’ll be sharing all the details again once it’s live.
