Wildgate is a match-based game featuring up to twenty players spread across five crews.[/p][p]
In the Wildgate Launch party, we'll have forty players participating—which means we'll have two lobbies of five crews battling simultaneously, each within their own match. One lobby will be comprised of newer and/or more casual players, while the other lobby will bring the sweats! There will be a total of eight matches over the event (or four rounds of two concurrent matches).[/p][p]
The goal of each match of Wildgate is to find and escape with an ancient Artifact, or to be the last crew flying. And for this showdown, there's also $20,000 on the line! Crews who secure a victory through either means will receive a portion of the prize pool (per victory).[/p][p]

I was intrigued by Wildgate when I got a first look at it a few weeks ago. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve started leaning away from online-multiplayer only games, and it’s been a while since I played a big co-op PVP game like Guns of Icarus Online, or, more recently, Sea of Thieves, so I was excited to play a similar kind of game with a more focused direction and some pretty interesting ideas behind it.

Wildgate is something of a mixed bag. At its core, it’s a pretty fun game, and it absolutely nails the fundamentals of a multiplayer experience, but by that same token, every match really depends on both your team and how your opponents choose to play. However, for better or worse, this game does have a lot to offer.

Q: Where do I find the sprays and styles I earn? A: After claiming, your sprays and styles will appear in your in-game rewards tab. If it doesn’t show right away, give it a moment—or a quick relog.

Q: Do I need to watch the same streamer for Twitch Drops? A: Nope! As long as they’re streaming Wildgate with Drops enabled, you’re good to go. Mix and match your favorites.

Q: Can I get Twitch Drops on console, too? A: Yes! Just make sure you’re logged into your linked Twitch account while watching, no matter the device. Double check to make sure the account you want the goodies on is the one linked to your Twitch account. 

Q: Can I track my Twitch Drops progress? A: Yes! Head to your Twitch Drops Inventory to see how close you are and claim rewards once they're unlocked.

Q: Can I earn rewards on more than one platform (PC, console, etc.)? A: Yes, but rewards are tied to your Wildgate account, not the specific platform you’re playing on. As long as you're logging into the same Wildgate account on PC or console, your Twitch Drops—and all your progress—will carry over.[/p][p]Just make sure your Twitch account is linked to your Dreamhaven account, and that all your platform accounts (like Steam, PlayStation, or Xbox) are properly connected to that same Dreamhaven account. If they aren’t, you might not see your rewards on other platforms.
