Demo Patch 1 Released!

The first demo patch has just been released! There wont be many patches of the demo, instead we will focus on patching alot after the full game relerase in September.

However, there still were some bugs, issues and performance optimizations that we wanted to make for the demo!

  • Fixed a bug where “Continue” (Load Game) didn’t work in the title screen
  • Fixed a bug where audio volume and mouse sensitivity settings didn’t persist between levels and opening the game again after quitting
  • Fixed a bug where some invalid objects could be used on pressure plates
  • Fixed a bug where you could jump so that the camera clipped outside roofs and walls
  • Fixed a bug where absorb sometimes stopped working after crossing checkpoint triggers
  • Fixed some more bugs with the force field mechanic
  • Fixed a bug with the ice obstacle object
  • Fixed some issues with the lightning system which resulted in shadows not being rendered
  • Tweaked and improved lightning system, implemented ambient occlusion, color grading and post processing
  • Game can now be paused even during cutscenes
  • Some puzzles have been tweaked or changed to enhance clarity and to failsafe softlocks
  • More environment details, models, textures and effects added
  • "VSync" option added to the options menu
  • Cleaned up the options UI layout, to make it more clear
  • Jump air control and physics tweaked
  • Pickup position is now centered



DEMO EXPO @ Nordic Game Jam

I'll be demoing One More Experiment at the showcase expo session at Nordic Game Jam 2025, on the 4th of April. You will be able to meet and talk to the main developer Robin, as well as getting business cards. This event also hosts one of the biggest game jams of the nordic, as well as awesome speakers from the games industry!!

Nordic Game Jam provides a lot of other experiences next to making a game.

You get the chance to join game lectures or workshops of various levels and hear stories from industry experts, as well as relax, connect and be playful through a variety of fun activities and mingling sessions.

We like to hang out, do fun social activities, welcome mistakes and not be too serious about our presentations... It is games after all!!

Full game is coming in SEPTEMBER!

It's been quite a journey, it's been overwhelming with the entire Steamworks process, quite a few steps to research, go through, experiment with. Everything from marketing, to graphics design, pitching, translations, and what else. It's truly a big step in the life of a small indiegame team!

A big shoutout to everyone who has helped me during this process. Thanks to my graphics designer, language translators, playtesters, and all amazing fans and friends for BELIEVING IN ME, I would never be able to do this without you!
